It isn't hard to beat mac addy filters. We have about 5 young guys on our network that are filtered on our YDI BCU to a certian bandwidth, they have spoofed the mac address of customers that have higher plans. It is a pain in the but, so we are looking to do something with pppoe or something to authenticate them. and users.
