Ok I switched all my Access points for
APP today. I have one in my office in ptp mode to another one on the tower in
ptp mode and so far this link is rock solid. I have another APP on the tower
with an omni. Everything (clients) connecting to the main tower seems to be
working fine. I have another location about 6 miles away with an app on a 24
grid in client bridge mode(connection rock solid). I also in the same location
have an app in accesspoint mode(different freq and ssidand it's
amped) with a crossover cable to the client bridge radio. If I go there and
play around with it forever unpluging and pluging back in I will get 2-3 to
connect and have a good connection. About an hour later there gone and I cannot
get anyone to connect again. I can reach the radio thru the CB mode radio
and change settings but still no clients.
Also off the main tower in the other direction I
have a app in repeter mode(amped). I can see the client
connected the repeter have 95-100 rssi and
good quality. The client has a wet11 and has a good connection to the repeter
but I cannot ping him anymore. I do not know if he is even able to pass traffic.
All of my radios are in nema boxes and there the app indoor. When I took what I
had down everything was working fine.
Basically I have spent the last 12 hoours cooking
in the sun trying to figure this out. Anyone have any ideas?
