Ahhhh yes... Give or take a few feet for GPS error. Thanks.

1100' horizontal and 150' vertical - I failed trig twice, someone give
me the hypotenuse here. A squared plus something...

So basically I have a PtP pointing up/down at an angle of 14 degrees.
This is through heavy brush and a few trees. The aP Totals are at 10'
heights on the eaves of buildings. I assume you might get better
distance with aPPOs and high gain external antennas.

Note: I first had the "lower" aP on a 10' mast on the roof and the
"upper" aP on the eave. This didn't work well, but when I lowered it,
the link qual went up. I think keeping the direct path below the
branches and leaves helped a bit. Since I couldn't see the other site, I
had to fiddle with the aim for a while, but it works flawlessly now.

I didn't expect the aP Totals to work at all, but I gave it a try
anyway, and was happy with the results.

What is the furthest distance some have experienced with SmartBridges
burning through heavy trees?
