I prefer the Intellenet routers the one in the metal box you can hook up an externall modem for backup or dial into the router check them out they're awsome at a very good price, I like them so much that I'm becoming a reseller for them. http://www.intellinet-network.com/ Joe RiverNet

The router takes the public (real world) address, and NAT's it amongst the clients PC's on the 192.168.x.y /24 - would look something like this: CLIENT CLIENT CLIENT | | | ------->---------->------->--SWITCH--->--ROUTER-->--SBRADIO-->Your Network & The World A nice cheap consumer router from D-Link or Linksys would suffice perfectly. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Good" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, July 12, 2003 3:14 PM Subject: [smartBridges] Clients internal network My WISP currently gives all radios and client computers a real world IP address. I have a client that wants to use SBT radios to connect to them for internet. They do not want to loose their current Internal IP address setup (192.168.0.x) What is the configuration that would have to be used to allow them to still use their internal address but access the internet thru the SBT? The SBT will be plugged directly into a Switch. the internal IP's are 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.42. The WISP address runs on a different Subnet Mask it is 255.255.255.128 (65.121.x.x) Any help would be appreciated.
