Hi Steve, Please try to do the hardware reset and reconfigure the device again?  Then monitor the status. At the same time, please capture device log settings and send to us. Do you use aBT to associate smartbridge’s AP or different AP? What it is doing is it will only show the green pwr light. If I unplug and plug back in I will get all three lights and I can connect to it to manage it. But as soon as I connect and try to search for a radio for it to connect to it will reboot and go back to green light only and will not allow me to connect to manage. I have to power down and back up again. When I do that it will not pass traffic either.   Thanks, Steve Good
