Dan,

The new shipping products do not need Firmware fix because we have
changed some components. They will work with old or new firmware.
(Including the 17 aBT we shipped you yesterday).

As mentioned in our Customer Advisory, there are 3 possible ways to get
around this problem. Firmware fix is primarily for units that are out in
the field. And just to keep this in perspective, this is required to be
done only on a relatively small number of units.

Nish.....You say that distributors have products sitting in their 
warehouses waiting for a firmware fix.  Who is going to be loading 
this new firmware?  Do you have guys in the US that will be going to 
these warehouses to load new firmware or is Ecomm going to do it them 
seleves?  Just wondering who will be doing it?  Also a question about 
the products that shipped your plant this week.  Do they have the new 
firmware or will they have to be upgraded in the warehouse before they 
ship to us?
