It depends on how you set it up. If the MikroTik is providing your user authentication then you can set either default profiles or set the limits on a per user basis. If it's just passing your client traffic on to your network where you have some other method of authentication then you'll have to use queues, which as mentioned before every user that is assigned to that queue will share the total bandwidth of that queue if they are on at the same time.
