Hello I am new to this list. CountyBroadband are a WISP in Essex England.

We have been using the AirBridge fin shaped unit on the window sill to pick
up our Outdoor AirPoint. On two occasions it has lost association. The power
light is on, the ethrenet light indicates traffic but the signal light is
flashing slowly and evenly between on and off. Repositioning does not help.
Disconnecting the ethernet from the back of the unit and reconnecting does
not help. We noticed on both occasions the device was quite warm. I
disconnected and placedin front of a fan to cool down for 10 mins.
Reconnecting gave a solid blue light and the PC was able to DHCP and
connect. The AirBridge also responded to simple monitor after that as it is
set to DHCP also.

Has anyone else experienced this and do you think I am correct in thinking
this is overheating?

Regards,
Wayland.
