Is the device in front or behind the Nat'ed device? If it is static NAT'ed or has necessary port forwarding to the device IP, I guess it should work.

The Radio re-associated with the AP almost immediately and everything appears normal. The only thing I've noticed is it didn't like the admin password that I had. (CCCC4cccc) four capital letters, 1 number, 4 lower case. I changed the admin password to 8 lower case letters and it seems to like that. On another note, I'm having problems upgrading code remotely using Simple NMS. I can get into all of the radios but can't upgrade the code....
