We don't have any experience with resellers or outsourcing it, but we did set up a telemarketing office once. STAY AWAY FROM VegaStream HARDWARE. We went round and round with them shipping units back and forth between Oregon and the UK and they never did fix their problems.
We had a dozen telemarketers on a network with a custom written application that was using the NetMeeting activeX control on H.323 protocol. It was a very slick system and worked well once we got rid of the VegaStream. We ended up using Cisco equipment. The telemarketing company went out of business before we could really test it out to it's max.
