I'm with you, just watch out for the guy who puts on a server and doesn't patch it and 
instantly gets the code red virus and starts flooding the network.

We let them have so much gigs per month also, but we don't let anyone have a full T1, 
"yet". One server with code red out there will bring the network to a crawl.

Just an experience to pass on.
