You're wanting to communicate with a radio that won't associate? Isn't
that like talking to a person that can't hear you?

I'm not sure what you mean by the remote part.. you want to do that from
your NOC? simpleMonitor has a reset button that will do the job ..once you
log into the associated radio ;). And if the person's on the phone, just
tell them to power-cycle it. That'd be faster than pulling it up in
simpleMonitor.

(I just got off the phone telling a guy to powercycle his aTOTAL. First
time he's power-cycled it since his install ~45 days ago)
