Sounds like he's talking about the IP shown in the "Client Info" tab, which I've never seen an IP listed there, just a MAC address. It's worth noting that I would LOVE to see an IP address listed there along with the MAC, but I would rather see the APs signal strength that it's picking up from the CPE. Not the value on the CPE, but what the AP sees.
