The simpleNMS 1.1Beta has this ability . Please see the feature list below.
SimpleNMS ver 1.1 (Beta Released June 12, 2003) ------------------ Feature List ------------ 1.Bulk update of operational parameters of all devices a. CTS/RTS threshold values b. Fragmentation threshold c. Preamble
2.Bulk update of operational parameters for the clients of a particular airPoint. The parameters that will be updated are a. CTS/RTS threshold values b. Fragmentation threshold c. Preamble
3.Bulk update of clients security settings for the clients of a particular airPoint a. WEP key management – The user will select a particular airpoint, whose WEP key settings needs to be changed. The application will first update all the clients and then the airPoints WEP settings. b. The user can update the client devices passwords. When he changes the device password, the corresponding entry in the simpleNMS will also get updated.
4.User information editing and viewing So far the simpleDeploy was giving an interface to write in some user specific data. But there was no way to read it back. The simpleNMS allows you to do this. The user can write in some important information into the device like address where the client device has been setup etc.
5.Email notification on Device outage The user provides an email address and the SMTP server to be used. An email will be sent to the provided address once a device goes down.

I was wondering if this could be done and I just don't know how? I wanted to try wep but wanted to do it in an easy quick way then having to make a trip to each customer or one at a time with NMS or Simple monitor..
