If I'm not mistaken that's a No interest or low interest LOAN program, not an outright grant. I could be mistooken.

I'm in! I've tried to contact a few WISPs before to form an alliance without much luck. Mostly, I think our buying power would be greater under one roof since our combined volumes are much greater than any single one of us.
