Jason I dont think you understand the ABO is a hardwired ethernet connection to 
the PC not a USB and there are NO drivers you load on the customers PC
I have a Laptop with XP and it appears to be fine as well as my users on the 
south tower that I did not load the latest firmware too. Maybe its just 
coincedence that it happend when I loaded the new firmware?

I was thnking maybe they do not have all the latest service packs loaded??
Could RTS CTS being set to low cause this thats the other thing we have been 
messing with...
