Should offer your customers virus screened e-mail accounts with their
wireless service then it becomes less of an issue. Only customers that
we ever run into problems with are our dialup customers that are to
cheap to pay our $3/mo for a second e-mail account so they get a
hotmail account or yahoo account (or similar) and end up paying us
$35-70 to clean out their computer from viruses because they opened up
that attachment (and also we require our wireless customers to have
routers so they are either entirely or partial immune to viruses like
sobig.f that tries to spread through open file shares or msblast that
breaks in through rpc security holes).

We even started to require routers from our customers that only have a
single computer either that or a good firewall ap but when I can offer
then a 1 port router for $20 then they have no reason to not to ;)

SM> Right now would be a VERY nice time for SB to have the MAC Auth of "Everyone
