My guess is these units switch back and forth a bit for some reason.  I've tried forcing things to 11Mb on a link that should have died but it still stayed linked up, I think, because the units were ignoring the no auto fallback selection.

Subject: RE: [smartBridges] APPO<->ABO throughput

No way to tell on airpoint's or pro's this has been requested for the field to be shown on the AP's and AB's but sb seems reluctant for some reason.

Any word sb?

I'm wondering what kind of throughput I should be seeing on an AirPoint Pro
Outdoor to Airbridge connection.  There is only the one ABO connected to the
APPO.

The AirPoint shows -25dBm and 85-90%
The AirBridge shows -42dBm and 85-90%

How can you tell what speed the link is connected at  (1, 2, 5.5, or 11 Mb
?)    If I set the APPO to 11Mb with no auto fallback and the link stays up
I can assume I have plenty of fade margin for 5.5 or 2Mb correct???

Thanks!

Scott
