Bandpass filters are for the entire range so you can still use any channel you want without changing filters. If it were extremely crucial you could have one custom made that targeted a specific range for a channel, but my guess is that would be fairly expensive.
Teletronics makes a good band pass filter for less than $90 that has a 3db insertion loss. Put it in between the antenna and amplifier and you are set.
