Now are we not a little bit childish ? If your going to dish out to others you need to learn how to take it yourself. Also good e-mail etiquette is to keep enough of previous e-mail to make the message your replying to understandable (otherwords don't delete ALL of the direct part your replying to or else others that not followed the thread might not easily be able to understand what your talking about).
