[smartBridges] AirPoint Indoors! WTF!!

I have three new SB APIs. They get a IP from DHCP< but simplemonitor can't see them!  I know the IP but it just comes back as if it is not there ?  We have three of them that is doing this. Tried resetting and everything suggestions?   Dennis
