Is this airBridge unit? The IP address can be on different subnet with proper routing or has the default gateway set to 0.0.0.0 if both PC and device is on the same broadcast domain. As a rule of thumb, when you encounter problem not able to search in simpleMonitor, do a ping test to check its connectivity.

Has anyone else tried this software yet? I thought I had a customer using it but he tells me it shows the radio is flatline no association when he is actually associated? He has a public IP on the PC but a private 10.0.xxx.xxx in the radio? Do you also have to put in a private IP on the PC as well?

Hopefully not because this will take up 3 IPS for each pc? one public and private on the PC itself and one private in the radio?

The funny thing is that the software does see the IP of the radio but will not read what it is doing which I assume is because the IP in the PC is not on the same subnet as the radio?

Thanks
