Finding a cure to the cases opening on the top seam when it goes from 100degrees to 50 degrees on a daily basis. Each station checks and logs results of about 20 items for a total of over 200 inspection items for each radio. These results are constantly analyzed to eliminate the root cause of repetitive mistakes.   Now we are looking at ways to enrich this checklist. It will be helpful to get feedback from the field.
