Quite a few and not many, just depends on how you look at it. Many
reasons to use caching.

Good question. Yes. Many are using the Mikrotik solution and Eje is the
guy to speak with. One good size WISP shreve.net can speak from
experience also.

Yes, MT does all the above. Yet, without knowing more about your
requirement, it's hard to say you'd want it all to be on a single box.
That said, it is possible.
