SBTOTAL... Brand new not sure of its
release date but I only bought it from ecomm 3 weeks ago. It is freezing periodically the client
woke up and it was disassociated. The first 2 days the client had it he was ECSTATIC
it was working wonderful 6-8 megs throughput to our office. But now he reports
its constantly going down. Theres no difference in this install than others hes
the only one with this problem at the moment that I'm aware of he is running
the latest firmware for the device. I have been to his house before I have had
to do multiresets to get the unit to even show up to simplemonitor, after doing
about 9 resets it came back (via power adapter I kept unplugging and plugging
in every 2 minutes) and finally it came back. This client's a friend of
mine but hes getting tired of it as I would. What could be causing this issue, I
don't believe it is installation the cable run looks good, crimps are
fine I double checked... I need this guy to be up but I don't have
extra units in stock im all out once again waiting for a ecomm shipment to come
in... AS A NOTE WHEN IS ECOMM GETTING POE'S AND POWERSUPPLIES THEY
HAVE BEEN OUT FOR WEEKS. And im missing now 3 of them. Please Help Chris NetworkIDL Technical Support |
