For clairification, the numbers are an OID. An MIB is the information of file that defines what each OID is. By setting 1.3.6.1.4.1.410.1.1.1.2.0 to 1 you enable the reset command. When the unit resets, this value will return to 0. Depending on your platform you may need to drop the last 0 and use 1.3.6.1.4.1.410.1.1.1.2

Sorry, it is 1.3.6.1.4.1.410.1.1.1.2.0 (extra 1). sysReset requires an integer value.
