Bigger mount--no question.  We ordered a batch of 19 dB grids a few weeks ago, 
only to find that they wouldn't fit the standard DSS dish mount that we use.  
I think those DSS mounts are a 2" pipe, which is not that big.  I don't know 
what the maximum diameter mast is that those small mounts will fit on, but 
it's not very big, which really limits their usefulness.  We were able to get 
them to work with some modification, but I don't want to have to be modifying 
each antenna we install.

Personally, I can't see why they re-designed the mount in the first place.  
The old ones worked great.
