The congrats was on getting published. Not his first time, but I still get a chuckle to see him get published. Ask him to show you a picture of his "cool" pants that he had for halloween a few years ago. There's a funny story to them shaggy pants ;) (Marlon & I were on an ASP list several years ago.)
I don't recognize the photo. And I agree: no money in dialup. $15??? I would never pay that much for dialup. Google "cheap ISP". For the life of me, I can't see why anyone living near a semi-populated area code would pay over $12/month for dialup! (AOL charges 2x that).
