Make sure the power shot POE connector is connected, and look on the
back side of it. There is a reset button there.

Subject: [smartBridges] reset APPO to factory defaults

I acquired some smartBridges APPO radios from a purchase of another ISP
and there is 1 unit that I cannot get to with the IP address it was
supposed to have. Is there a way to reset these units to factory
defaults?

Thanks,
Eric
