Most Home routers have a PPPoE client built in, or
you can use a PPPoE client that is installed on the customer OS. WindowsXP
has PPPoE built in, RASPPPoE works good for the other OS's.
Yes, you can limit their PPPoE account to only 1
simultaneous login.
