There appears to be a bug in the firmware where it will show the clients associated even though the radius server was unavailable. However, when this happens, clients are NOT able to pass traffic. Here was our situation: 1.4j.8 firmware. Our radius service died on the server. The client tab in simplemonitor still showed all clients associated even after a reset. Clients were not able to pass traffic. Also, from the client end, running simplemonitor their ABT showed they were not associated.
