Okay, I never answered the post below your last...I DO get plain text email from sun, IBM and many others. There is usually a choice at the bottom of a sign up sheet for recieving plain text or html emails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And no, I do not reject email for my customers, just any that comes to me or anyone else with any kind of sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That said, have a good day!

As to the issue of professionalism, have you ever gotten a plain text email from IBM, Microsoft, Sun or any other large corporation? Corporate image is very important and I can assure you that all major corporations use HTML email to help maintain that corporate image.
