Hi Chris,   When the aB not associated, it keeps continuously scan for the access points at every 3 minutes interval. This BETA firmware has built in watchdog timer in built into it which will reset the unit under certain conditions to regain the association and this will ensure that the link is up most of the time.   If there is any time out during the firmware upgrade and it will wait for while (few seconds) and the complete the process. EVERY UNIT and I noticed this before the upgrade times out the first 1 or 2 pings like there sleeping and the ping wakes em up or something. Why is this its kinda annoying. Any suggestions or reasons?
