Hi Everyone. I'm new to this list so if this question was asked, please forgive.

I am running Alvarion BA II's Access Points. Radio is 3MB which leaves about 1.3Mb left for throughput.
I'd like to replace everything to achieve greater speeds for the end-user.

What is the real throughput of the airPointPro's? In other words, what's the most my customer will see?

My wired backhaul is 10Mb so I have plenty of bandwidth to offer.

Thanks

Rick

One of our towers is 8 hops away form our NOC. That puts the customer at 9 wireless hops to our NOC. 10-20ms

8 of the hops are 5.8 (Tsunami and Trango).

Just wondering what the most radios anyones customers are going thru before the wired internet(NOC). How many is to many if you set up back to back ap's for pops? and is there a distance limit (due to timing) or is it just as long as your getting a signal from the previous radio?
