        That varies from state to state, and sometimes depends on who you talk to
at the tax office.. Here in Kansas, no tax on access but we tax on leased
gear... The messed up one is web page development.. Can't get a straight
answer.. They say no tax on non-tangible items... Hmm... Ever held a web
page? ;) I've gotten both yes and no from the tax department, so I just
charge it.. If I get audited, and I shouldn't of charged it, they owe it
to the customer rather than me owing it to them ;)
