Seeni, We actually have one of these issues occuring with the Beta 1.08 firmware. MAC is: 00-30-1A-0A-B8-70
The unit is connected to a NetGear Switch. What appears to happen is that when the watchdog function occurs, the switch does not recognize the device anymore (switch having arp entry issues probably). If we reset the switch, bang everything works fine. We are going to try to talk the customer into giving us admin access to the switch and I will confirm the model number.
