Normally RTS/CTS and Frag adjustment is required where there is packet loss problem due to hidden node and multi path related issue in the environment. I think there is no adjustment required in the APPO. The new firmware does support the PPPoE protocol also.
What is the CPE device you are using at the customer site? If you are using aBO at the CPE side, the firmware 0.01.07 onwards supports any PPPoE protocol including winXP. If you are using any third party CPE device, you need to ensure that their firmware whether support this protocol or not.

Yes. The firmware and settings are identical for all 3 APPO. What would the recommended rts and fragmentation be to do pppoe? Anything which needs to be tweaked there??
