Hi Patti,   Normally RTS/CTS and Frag adjustment is required where there is packet loss problem due to hidden node and multi path related issue in the environment.  I think there is no adjustment required in the APPO. The new firmware does support the PPPoE protocol also.   What is the CPE device you are using at the customer site?
