The 110 vac is inside the store (and at the other tower, inside the little bld at the bottom of the tower). The power shot plugs into a hub there, and utp CAT 5 goes from there up to the radio. From the radio there is about a five foot piece if LMR-400 going to the omnis.
The interference is coming from the CAT 5 after it leaves the powershot, all the way up to the radio, and from the radio itself. (This was confirmed with a spectrum analyzer).
