It's not a question of whether I hate them or not... the point is that the average consumer, in places where they can get unlimited 'everything', does not hate them. If you read my post, you'll see that I was responding to someone who is counting on consumers hating cable and dsl's customer service. Point is these days, one simply picks up the phone, orders cable/dsl, the "modem" arrives the next day, it's self-installed, and it just works. In the "olden days" you could easily sell wireless over DSL because DSL was just crappy.
