You can do this :-)
simplemonitor.exe/IPaddress/CommunityString/Authority
Authority  0 for Administrator
Authrority 1 for User

Here's an idea... how about allowing simpleMonitor to accept querystring
parameters. That way, I can do
simplemonitor.exe /i=192.168.0.22 p=public a=administrator

and it'll pop up and log me into the target radio??
