No, I don't think so. Apart from assigning a name to the attribute number and sometimes do some magic mangling of the raw values, smartmontools does nothing to alter data read from the harddisk chip. In your case you have the normalized "WORST" values lower than "THRESH", which results in "FAILING_NOW" for attribute 190. These data come directly from the disk chip, normalization is done in the disk chip. I guess you simply surpassed the allowed temperature range, at some point your disks got too hot. This does not mean your disks break immediately, you just operate outside the designed temperature range and the manufacturer can not guarantee for correct operation any more. I would suggest to check your disk cooling, add some fans. You can check drive status with seatools if you want some confirmation of the findings.
