Hello,
Someone gave me a laptop on which he had installed this Kingston SSD
via an "HDD caddy", to reinstall his OS (linux). The drive is
unpartitioned and apparently it hasn't seen any use, apart from
powering on and off with the rest of the system. What I found odd were
the reported values for the
Runtime_Bad_Block attribute, which seems to indicate that the drive is
failing and the second temperature reading - it certainly doesn't feel
to the touch like it has reached 100°C, 31°C seems to be more
accurate.
