I've attempted to install 'c95ba4f2-8546-11e4-97b5-0b9bb0bc4227'
It doesn't seem to quite install completely.
*svcs -a* is great save for this:
*maintenance 14:28:43 svc:/system/zoneinit:default*
The log gets this far:

It seems the generated u:p aren't being passed to *sm-create-db mysql
myproject_development*.
Any thoughts shall be greatly appreciated.
