lgrp information is most pertinent when you have more than one socket.
This was first encounterd when we had various systems (maybe Dell IIRC)
that didn't have multiple lgrps configured because the bios had a switch
on whether or not to include information about them. The general purpose
of lgrps is for NUMA. Take a two socket server, the memory will be
divided into groups and it will be closer to one CPU as opposed to
another. This is used for scheduling information, making optimizations
in the VM subsystem, etc.

If you only have one socket, then you likely wouldn't have more than one
table anyways. We should probably consider not printing out the message
if you only have one socket.
