Hi, To get familiar with SmartOS I've been following http://blog.smartcore.net.au/ walking through installing fifo and a number of utilities that goes with it. Looks like a really neat tool, if I can get it working! :)
The difference is that his video is using an early version and I used the latest. Everything but howl is running, I'm sure I've in my ignorance have missed something. Once I enable howl it shuts down with this message in /var/svc/log/network-howl:default.log: Node '[email protected]' not responding to pings. I can ping both the IP and 'howl' and it returns the same IP.
