With crossbow bridges are for bridging two physical ports, not for bridging 
VNICs with physical interfaces. It's somewhat pointless to bridge an etherstub 
and a physical interface, because every interface already includes an 
etherstub. The configuration you have now is functionally equivalent to having 
neither brTEST0 nor switch2, except that what you have is inefficient. Don't 
confuse crossbow for open-vswitch.

Just use rge0 tagged with admin. VNICs can attach directly to physical 
interfaces.
