Hi Micky,

Can you please share the output of `vmadm get' on one of the affected KVM
zones? Do they have an IP address? If not, this is probably the issue.
There were some changes made to how the flags for QEMU get built that
results in NICs w/o addresses not being created for the VM. It should be
fixed in the next release. For now, you can fix it by setting the IP
address to DHCP, which should have the same effect as having no IP address
for a KVM instance.
