1. Direct access to the zfs filesystem - delegated, lofs or otherwise.

Sure I can run illumos or zfsonlinux in a kvm, but vm zfs on hypervisor zfs
seems a waste.

Even some sysadmin benefits - I hate having to use kpartx+lvm for a kvm raw
image in the base OS.


2. The concept of container based vms has a lot of positives.  Being able
to get the benefits of a fully isolated (kvm) style container combined with
the performance of a direct base kernel driven container is a powerful idea.
