It is now available following a reboot and stopped functioning on July 25,
however, my two web domains running in separate Joyent brand Zones have always
been available.

I use OpenBSD's OpenSMTPD because I like using it as a MTA, hence the kvm.  But
if it freezes I'd either have to look at using a physical server or moving my
MTA to Postfix or Sendmail in a Joyent brand Zone.  Is there something I can
look at to find why my kvm stopped functioning?

After a few minutes the reboot did complete but gave these warnings:

No mail was being returned so it was my assumption the server was functioning,
although I'm unable to ping, ssh, or even reboot it via `vmadm reboot <uuid>`.

still running though.  I don't particularly care to reboot the kvm, but that
may be my only choice unless someone else has an idea or has had this happen
and was able to fix it.

So it's pingable and actually servicing requests but the vnc console
isn't working, is that right?

Is ssh or some other form of remote access configured to that machine
and if so, does that work?

Mostly I'm trying to understand a bit more of the scope of the issue, if
something might be specific to vnc between qemu and the like versus
something else going on.
