What do you mean by "for gz"?  A SATA DOM (disk-on-module) is simply a
storage device and it works like any other SATA-attached storage device.
Are you asking about using such a device as part of the storage pool?
Or are you asking about using it with/for something to do with gzip(1)?
Normally "gz" refers to the global zone or hypervisor functionality, but
the mutable data for the GZ is stored on the same storage pool as the
rest of the zones, so it does not make sense to talk about it
separately.
